Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we can accept your extensions back for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your hair extensions. If the 14th day is not on a business day, then the return date is extended to the first working day that follows. It is essential that you send us an email prior to the exchange indicating you have decided to exchange your order.

Why are our hair extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.

For this reason we include in every order a color ring containing the color you have ordered and other similar colors. This is so you may check if the color you have ordered is the right one for you or if you prefer exchanging it with a different color, without opening the package.

If the color is not right how do I return it or exchange it?

First of all, email us at info@fairfashion.it within 14 days of receiving your extensions and be sure to include your order number.

Don't forget to dowload, print and send with the extensions our repalcement or refund form (fill in all fields).
Please send the following photos of your set as shown below:
- One photo of the front side of the pack/packs
- One photo of the back side of the pack/packs
- One photo of the security seal up-close so we can ensure it has not been opened
Download and fill in our RMA form. Print it and insert in the parcel together with the products you to exchange.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for my exchange?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Fair Fashion will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

When will I receive my exchange?

We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Orders may take anywhere from 2-7 business days. For more shipping details, please click here.

May I exchange my Fair Fashion hair extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange on unopened hair extensions within 14 business days of receiving your hair extensions (according to EU legislation).

Why do we include a color ring containing the color your purchased with your package?

There are various professional photos and videos on our site to help you compare the different colors. However, colors will vary, depending on the computer screen or device you are using. Lighting on your device, in the photo, and the screens we are using can alter the hair colors, therefore, color matching online is never guaranteed.
For this reason we have decided to include a free color ring containing the color you purchased and other similar colors in the full-head-sets section.
This way you can compare your hair color with the color you have received before opening the hair extensions pack that make up the full-head sets. Please note that once you have opened the hair extension packs we can no longer return and exchange your extensions. Therefore, we suggest checking the color ring before opening the extension packs to check your color. The color rings can be purchased seperately as well.
